Outstanding service every time
Second time using this company and the service was outstanding. It was easy from start to finish, where we had no fixed date until close to the move (they were very understanding and accommodating), potential access issues on the day, a washing machine that we couldn't disconnect up to morning of the move! They made everything so easy and stress free and went above and beyond, in a situation that could've easily been a stressful one. Debbie managed everything seamlessly and efficiently via phone, always responsive, the lads who did the move were so professional, understanding and helpful. Everything was moved in perfect condition and so efficiently, and no request was made to feel inconvenient or difficult for them. It's worth saying also, as a single woman in the property on the day, I felt entirely comfortable. The most relaxing, stress free move I've had. Recommended to family and friends, a few of which have used TXM since and all had entirely the same experience. Excellent customer service and care. Would absolutely reccomend TXM for professionalism, efficiency, quality, seamlessness of service and value for all of these.

On the day of the move, the team were with us on time and straight to work. The guys were a great bunch, polite, helpful and worked super hard.
As promised, they came back a couple of days after the move, to put together some furniture they didn’t have time to finish on the day we moved.

What can I say that hasn’t been said before, the team are beyond awesome! The guys who did the move had a no problem attitude, pleasant and so trust worthy I left them the keys to the new place to finish. They had to overcome an out of order lift and a fifth floor destination and still not a grumble and simply brought in additional men to overcome the nightmare, rock stars and I can’t thank them enough. An extra special shout out to Debbie in the office, from the start she was the most lovely of ladies and there is nothing she can’t make happen and that includes keeping me calm throughout. And thank you to Tanya for your follow up call after the event to make sure all went well and immediate resolution to my queries. What a truly awesome company, made extra special by the people. TXM sent two men and a van the same day after offering a very fair and competitive quote. They moved a large corner sofas bedhead and some glass doors for me and when they saw I had some extra dismantled furniture I was planning to move myself they didn’t hesitate to offer to move it too. They even set my sofa up for me.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish. The lads are friendly and approachable, yet highly professional and we'll equipped. They managed to pack up our 2 bed terraced and unload into our 3 bed semi in a matter of a couple of hours. They made a stressful day, stress less and I couldn't have been happier! 100% the best removal men around. I moved a few months ago and wasn't fully packed up when they arrived, not only did they take stuff room by room and put it on the van they also helped with the packing I couldn't do. The price was brilliant and when I finally got to my new house the stuff had been put in the correct rooms which helped with the unpacking.�

I had my sofa delivered from TMX Movers yesterday and the service was brilliant. The delivery was fast and efficient. Steven and Darnell went above and beyond with exceptional service, not only did they bring my sofa in with great care, they also assembled it including attaching the feet to it which wasn't in their job description. We can not thank Ross & the team enough for making our moving experience run so smoothly! The team were organised, friendly & very professional. All of our furniture was treated with care & was wrapped by the team to prevent it from being damaged. I felt so stressed on the morning of the move however Ross provided reassurance and remained calm which helped me to relax. I would definitely recommend TXM & will use them for any future moves.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish. The lads are friendly and approachable, yet highly professional and we'll equipped. They managed to pack up our 2 bed terraced and unload into our 3 bed semi in a matter of a couple of hours. They made a stressful day, stress less and I couldn't have been happier! 100% the best removal men around. I moved a few months ago and wasn't fully packed up when they arrived, not only did they take stuff room by room and put it on the van they also helped with the packing I couldn't do. The price was brilliant and when I finally got to my new house the stuff had been put in the correct rooms which helped with the unpacking.�

I had my sofa delivered from TMX Movers yesterday and the service was brilliant. The delivery was fast and efficient. Steven and Darnell went above and beyond with exceptional service, not only did they bring my sofa in with great care, they also assembled it including attaching the feet to it which wasn't in their job description.
