I can honestly say with hand on heart the whole team was absolutely amazing, polite and professional.  They are a credit to the company.  Completely understood the stress of moving day and solicitors and deadlines etc.  On the move day itself Marcus kept in touch with me and remained calm and considerate whilst waiting for the completion/sign off. It was not only a move but a relocation and although I'll say I will never move again, the whole team from Ross, Marcus and the whole moving team were totally awesome and deserve to do well in the future. Thank you TXM Movers. The service and the support was great, the people who came to pack were fast and efficient and move day went smoothly even with a long drive and some furniture to assemble. The additional burden of it being raining and only on street parking the other side didn't phase your guys either. We only have positive things to say about TXM removals and will be recommending them to everyone. The guys who came on the day were brilliant - Marcus, Johnathan, Stephen and Darnell were outstanding, they were so friendly and positive whilst being very hardworking and careful, clearing the house which was no bother to them and they did extremely fast with no breakages. They were also reassuring when our completion was delayed and were happy to help the movers who were clearing our new house out which meant they went above and beyond.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team at TXM Removals made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, and worked incredibly efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble — they handled everything with care and made sure everything was where it needed to be on the other end. Ross and his team were fantastic through the whole process. We were in the middle of a buying chain and moved long distance with a family of dogs and a cat so has a lotnof items and stairs up to the house. The day was during a heatwave but they guys still worked so hard and remained professional throughout. They made 1 of the most stressful days of our life much easier.
